MEET THE FOUNDER
The heart behind EmberRise is a belief that children deserve to be understood, families deserve meaningful partnership, and progress should be measured by what matters in everyday life.

FOUNDER & EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Doctoral-level behavior analyst • Educator • Behavior and special education leader
My professional journey has been shaped by working alongside children, families, educators, and teams to understand behavior, build skills, and create environments where individuals can make meaningful progress.
I founded EmberRise Behavior Services to bring together my experience in education, behavior support, and clinical Applied Behavior Analysis—and to help expand access to individualized services. EmberRise is beginning in Wyoming, with a long-term vision to serve families across Utah, Idaho, and Wyoming.
A CAREER ROOTED IN EDUCATION & BEHAVIOR
Erin began her education career as a general education teacher, developing instruction, supporting individual learning needs, collaborating with families and colleagues, and monitoring student progress.
As a behavior specialist, she conducted Functional Behavior Assessments, developed behavioral curricula, trained school administrators and educators, taught data-collection methods, and coached staff and Registered Behavior Technicians in behavioral strategies.
In district-level leadership at Syracuse Arts Academy, she developed and oversaw behavior programs, supported School Support Team processes, conducted FBAs, developed and trained staff on Behavior Intervention Plans, monitored behavior data, reviewed implementation fidelity, and collaborated with other professionals.
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Erin conducts behavioral assessments, develops and updates individualized treatment plans, participates in insurance peer reviews, trains and supervises staff and caregivers, and monitors progress through data collection and analysis.
EDUCATION & CREDENTIALS
Her professional experience also includes staff coaching and mentoring, behavior program development, data analysis, crisis-prevention training, and presentations for schools, districts, and organizations.
