The heart behind EmberRise is a belief that children deserve to be understood, families deserve meaningful partnership, and progress should be measured by what matters in everyday life.

Dr. Erin Hammon, founder of EmberRise Behavior Services

FOUNDER & EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Dr. Erin Hammon, Ed.D., BCBA, LBA

Doctoral-level behavior analyst • Educator • Behavior and special education leader

My professional journey has been shaped by working alongside children, families, educators, and teams to understand behavior, build skills, and create environments where individuals can make meaningful progress.

I founded EmberRise Behavior Services to bring together my experience in education, behavior support, and clinical Applied Behavior Analysis—and to help expand access to individualized services. EmberRise is beginning in Wyoming, with a long-term vision to serve families across Utah, Idaho, and Wyoming.
